Ata Capital Celebrates Ten Years of Building Sustainable Businesses

Since 2021, our team of private equity professionals has successfully attracted and managed private and institutional capital to build representative businesses that grow economies. We are immensely proud to have enabled transformation in 22 investee companies including Spring Lights Gas, Masana Petroleum Solutions, Novasun, Jachris and Respiratory Care Africa, to name a few.

During our first decade, Ata Capital has also contributed to the upliftment of previously disadvantaged communities through educational initiatives. Through our contribution to the long-term sustainability of the Click Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on closing the gaps in education through technology, we contribute to the facilitation of online English literacy and Maths programmes for young learners.

We have come a long way since we opened our doors in 2012, and we can take justified pride in what we have been able to achieve through collaboration and teamwork.
